The peaceful atmosphere is rejuvenating.
During my three-night stay, I faced numerous issues. The room's air conditioning unit made a loud clanking noise, disrupting any chance of a restful night. The mattress was so firm it felt more like sleeping on the floor. Despite the hotel's serene setting, these discomforts turned my experience into a frustrating ordeal, leaving me longing for a better stay.

Terrific service, I liked delicious food.
the room was new-fashioned with a great view and the staff very cordial. the location of the hotel was remote, very close to the jungle at the shores of a lake, and the mayan temples.

Reasons to love it, and reasons not to
This hotel is a true jungle oasis with spacious rooms and fine views over the lake. The food is delicious.
The hotel is a bit far from town which can make dining options limited, and the costs for transportation add up quickly.

Great and interesting accommodation with fantastic setting very close to a lake, natural forest and the jungle near Tikal. New-fashioned and huge room with a fridge, full view, as example, extraordinarily friendly staff. A good choice of food in the hotel, open-air restaurant...
